All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. For made-to-order or custom pieces (clearly marked during purchase), additional production time may be required.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and quality considerations, the following cannot be returned:

Standard Shipping: $12.95 (DHL/FedEx) – 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping: Orders over $50 (EMS) – 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times may vary for international destinations (excluding Asia and certain remote areas).

4.3 Delivery Responsibilities

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting shipments for visible damage and noting any issues with the carrier immediately.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
