Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
To begin the process, please email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information:

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging. For furniture pieces:
- Disassemble if possible (tools not required for returns)
